Pair it
Hold the button for 3 seconds, then add it in Find My on iPhone or Find Hub on Android. It takes about a minute.

FAQ
Questions pet owners ask
Is this a GPS tracker?
No. It’s a Bluetooth tracker that uses Apple’s Find My or Google’s Find Hub network. Phones nearby pick up its signal and securely report the location to you. That’s why there’s no SIM, no charging every few days and no subscription.
In towns and suburbs there are phones almost everywhere, so it updates often. In remote areas with nobody around, it can only update when a phone passes by.
Does it work with Android?
Yes. The same tracker works with iPhone (Find My app) or Android (Find Hub app). You choose when you pair it, and it links to one account at a time.
Are there any ongoing costs?
No. The tracker is a one-off purchase and the Find My and Find Hub networks are free. The only thing you’ll ever buy is a CR2032 coin battery, about once a year.
Can I use my pet’s existing collar?
Yes. The tracker pairs with the collar your pet already wears. Want a new one? We sell reflective dog and cat collars, plus a heavy-duty tactical dog collar.
Can I get my pet’s name engraved?
Yes. Add Laser Engraving to your order and we’ll engrave your pet’s name and your phone number, so whoever finds them can call you straight away.
Why is the alert sound turned off?
Find My trackers normally beep when they’ve been away from their owner for a while. That’s an anti-stalking feature designed for bags and keys. On a pet it just means random beeping, and it leads anyone who takes your pet straight to the tracker. We disable the speaker before it ships.
Is it waterproof?
The tracker is IP68 rated, so rain, puddles, the beach and bath time are all fine.
How does shipping work?
We ship from Australian stock with Australia Post, and you’ll get tracking as soon as your order is sent.
What if it’s not right for me?
